If the pot can be accurately dated (your county archaeologist might be able to help you with this), this will give you earliest date that the wall can be.<br />As you dig down against the wall, photograph and record any and all of your finds in context, that will give a good timeline for the building.Dochttp://www.therevcounter.co.uknoreply@blogger.com
